Through trauma informed care, somatic inquiry, breathwork, meditation, mantra, therapeutic insight, and ancient wisdom practices, we create healing spaces where people can return to themselves with dignity, compassion, and hope.

A Vision Born from Calling

Prana Project was born from our shared life of practice, healing, and service.

Priya was raised in India, immersed in yogic wisdom, spiritual tradition, and ancient practices. Peter brings a deep love of nature, somatic healing, breathwork, and embodied transformation. Together, our work lives at the meeting place of Eastern wisdom and Western therapeutic insight.

For us, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Somatic Therapy, and Spiritual Psychology are not just teachings…they are lived practices that have helped us heal, grow, and meet life with greater presence and courage.

Over the years, we have had the privilege of guiding thousands of people back to the wisdom of their own bodies, breath, and spirit. Prana Project is an extension of that calling…a sacred space created to help people remember their vitality, reclaim their wholeness, and come home to themselves.
